Crunchy Tuna Salad

Tuna Salad:
2 cans of Solid White Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil, drained
1 tablespoon of spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons of Sir Kensington's Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
A. Vogel Herb Sea Salt to taste
1 celery stalk diced
1/4 cup diced red onion
Juice of 1 lemon
Mix all the above ingredients together.
Cut an avocado in half. Remove the avocado stone, and fill the avocado with some tuna salad. Ground some black pepper over the top and enjoy!
*You can use scooped out tomato, scooped out cucumber, or scooped out pepper.
