1 red beet, boiled until tender & peeled 2 red skin potatoes, boiled until tender & peeled 1 can peas & carrot @gefen_foods 4 pickles 1/2 shallot I used my @zalikusa to evenly chop everything above 1/2 cup of sauerkraut 3 tbsp chopped parsley just for color 2-3 tbsp white vinegar Salt to taste Fresh ground pepper to taste
