Everything Bagel Chicken Tenders

Everything but the bagel spice is all the rage these days. You put it on your eggs, you put it on your bread, but did you ever think to put it in your breadcrumb mixture? That's what I am here for. Coming up with that food magic.


Ingredients needed:

1 pound of chicken tenders

1 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs (I use Pereg Golden Crisp)

1/2 cup of everything bagel seasoning (you want to make sure to shake the bottle so you do not get a concentration of salt)

1 egg

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

3 tablespoons of water




Instructions:

1. Mix the egg, water, and mayonnaise together in a shallow dish.

2. In a separate shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs and everything bagel seasoning.

3. One at a time, take a chicken tender and dip it into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat until all the tenders are coated.

4. Place the tenders on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake on 400 degrees for 25 min.
