Sweet Potato Apple Pashtida Metuka (Sweet Quiche )

Ingredients:
2 large apples
1 large sweet potato
I spiralized the sweet potato and apple to make them look like noodles, but you can grate or chop.
7 eggs, beaten
1 13.5 oz coconut milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 cup raisins
Mix all the ingredients today and pour in a greased casserole pan.
Bake on 350 degrees for an hour.
