Chia Seed Cracker, 3 Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 cup of chia seeds

2 cups of water

1 tablespoon of seasoning, I used a rosemary & salt blend


Mix all the ingredients together and stir until the mixture becomes thick. Use a cookie dough scoop to scoop the mixture onto a silicone baking mat. Use your fingers to spread the chia seed dough into a round even shape.


Bake on 325 degrees.

Bake for 30 minutes, then flip the crackers and continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Continuously check on the crackers so they do not burn.


*I used a silicone baking mat with the circles outlines and it was very helpful in keeping all the crackers about the same size and shape.
